dayleigh's cap & gown session at rose hill high
I'm still looking back fondly at this cap and gown session with Dayleigh and her mama, who are both total rays of sunshine! We took part one of Dayleigh's photos back in the fall in downtown Wichita, but after her cap and gown were ready in the spring, they wanted to make sure to take a second batch of pictures at the high school as well! I loved getting to walk around the campus a bit and hear stories of her going to school at Rose Hill, and I think we can all agree that her radiant smile lit up every photo!
Capturing significant milestones like these is such a privilege. Even though the cap feels a bit goofy at times and often doesn't feel like the most flattering headwear a person can own, these items symbolize not only academic achievements but also the culmination of friendships, challenges overcome, fond memories, and a new chapter waiting to unfold. They are a tangible representation of dedication and hard work, and each photo makes for a bittersweet blend of nostalgia and the excitement that senior year brings.
